Neal Wizig

Neal Wizig is a Senior Associate attorney with Graves Law PLLC.

Prior to joining the firm full time in 2022, Neal spent over three years focusing his practice on estate planning and uncontested probate. Neal uses that experience not only to draft estate planning documents for the firm’s clients but also to provide a unique perspective on the firm’s contested matters. His practice has expanded to include probate, trust, guardianship, and fiduciary litigation matters.

In his time with Graves Law PLLC, Neal has tried multiple cases to verdict, both in front of a jury and the bench. He has also successfully litigated many cases resulting in favorable settlement for his clients. In addition to the tireless work Neal puts in for the firm’s clients, he is regularly appointed to serve as attorney ad litem for heirships and as temporary administrator for contested estates.

Born and raised in Houston, Neal took a brief sabbatical in Indiana and Miami before returning home to begin his legal career. Neal met his wife Lizzy during the pandemic, and they married in 2021. Neal and Lizzy began starting a family when they welcomed their first child, Andrew, in 2023, who joined their three-year-old Bernedoodle named Maxwell.

Outside of the office, Neal enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. Neal is a sports and fitness enthusiast who likes making time to catch an Astros game or going to a hot yoga class. His new favorite hobby is making Andrew laugh, which always brightens up his day.
